Super cute and well made. I bought the 12in chain for my Italian Greyhound. His neck measures 10.5 in around and the 12in fits perfect, it can move, but doesn’t fall off. Chain has a little weight to it, but not too heavy and the clasp is extra secure. Would recommend!
