Is this wireless headset compatible with Motorola/Midland walkie talkies?

No, it is not compatible with Moto-rola/Mid-land/ Retevis/Cobra/Pxton, or Arcshell 2-pin radios, it due to pin configuration differences. Please check your radio has a standard 2-pin K1 connector (2.5mm & 3.5mm, 11mm spacing) before purchase

Why can't others hear me clearly when I use this earpiece?

Ensure you are pressing and holding the PTT button on the earpiece while speaking. Also confirm your radio is compatible (see listing for details). Note: Wireless or Bluetooth signals may cause interference.

The battery doesn't last as long as I expected. How long should it really last?

This set includes two earpieces—only one connects at a time. Each lasts up to 4hrs; swap when low. Note: The 2-pin dongle also needs charging. The 2-in-1 cable in the box supports both dongle (USB-C) and earpieces (magnetic charging).

My earpiece keeps disconnecting or doesn't fit well — what can I do?

For disconnection: keep within 10m/33ft open range, avoid Wi-Fi routers, and power-cycle both radios and dongle and earpiece to reconnect. For fit: adjust earhook angle and rotate the earpiece for a snug fit.
