It comes with everything you need except the two 2AA batteries.It is so easy to use - and if you like to read directions, they are included. There is also a small pouch that will hold the nebulizer with it's accessories.I used it with a prescribed medication and it worked great. I tried both methods, through the mask and through the mouthpiece. I preferred the mouthpiece.There are a couple of things that I really liked about this product. There are LED lights that for various warnings, the noise it transmits is very low, and it has a self-cleaning mode.I don't remember seeing a self-cleaning mode on the last nebulizer that I used.This is great for home use and as we travel, it is going to be small enough to be convenient for that also.Priced at $29.99, I think that is reasonable for what you are getting, so I would purchase this product again, and I would recommend it to my family and friends.I think this would be perfect for those with littles.

Very good product for a small price that I recommend. It is surprisingly small and lightweight, but does its job without complaint. It can be powered via the supplied USB cable or 2 AA batteries. The device is easy to operate. This is much more modern than many other devices.
