My son uses this to practice. He loves it. Great value for the price. I recommend for anyone starting out in martial arts.

Great for kids and teens
The target gloves are actually larger than I thought. I was expecting to not be able to fit my own hands in them, but I can (albeit they are a little bit snug). Both the gloves and the kicking pad are well made and offer good padding.

Skeptical at first
Thinking outside the box use: Bought this to help our autistic nephew with pinching/hair pulling. Works great. When holding the single hand pads or the larger forearm pad, I feel safe enough to engage in the sensory input my nephew needs. Before, I was afraid of interacting with him due to the pinching bruises and things. Great product and works for our intended use

These a very cheaply made. Would be suitable for training with kids younger than 10, any older and the material is likely to tear
