Not sure if strength is as advertised

Powerful patches. Helps a lots with cravings and withdrawal symptoms. Worth the money spent. Highly recommend. If put on a clean spot where the movement of the skin layer is not much and held for 30 seconds after applying, it adheres really well for 24 hours even while sweating or taking a warm bath. Easy to use. I had no skin irritation.

My husband started these patches 4.11.2026 & ive gotta say so far so good for curbing the cravings. He's gone from at least a half a pack a day to a half a pack in 2 days!!! Major progress for a smoker of 30+ years. my biggest complaint would be the adhesive (which I was fully aware about from other reviews) it sucks. You barely have to sweat and your patch falls off or ends up stuck to your shirt We used med tape to hold them on for the first 8 days - today we received our transparent clear bandaid to hold them on and its a major improvement. All in all - product is working great, price is totally right i just recommend buying something additional to hold em on. Will report back as the 8 week system goes on.

I’m on day 3 of wearing these and I have not smoke a cigarette since putting one on. I would say these work. The only thing I have to control is when the voice in my head says it’s time to go have a cigarette, just have to ignore that. They stick pretty good. Just watch where you put them. Don’t put them anywhere your body bends or twists at all. Chest is good area but for me I put it too close to where my bra strap was and it kept getting underneath. Other than that they stay on. I’ve showered and worked out with it on and it never came off.
