Quick effect
This combination of vitamins really helped me get to the level of energy I had before having my kids.As a mom of two children, it is obvious that I needed to give my body back all the vitamins and minerals but even though I kept taking D vitamin and magnesium, I was still a bit weak. So this combination really makes a difference.I take two per day with breakfast and lunch. The gels are soft and very easy to swallow. They also haven’t got a taste or smell.I recommend them, because they really help me in a relatively short time.

Dangerous dose accoring to listing! 40 times max NRV. Should not be sold. 60 days worth.
These state on the back they are 250mcg (10,000 IU) per serving (one tablet) which is 1250% of the daily NRV, and the suggested does is 2 per day, so only 60 days worth, so 500mcg!However on their own listing it states to not exceed more than 100mcg per day, so their does is exceptionally dangerous. My other Vit D by comparison, from a well known UK highstreet store, are one per day at 12.5 MCG for 100% of NRV! So this would be 40x those once a day tablets. These nstate on the listing:"Do not take more than 100 micrograms (4,000 IU) of vitamin D a day as it could be harmful. This applies to adults, including pregnant and breastfeeding women and the elderly, and children aged 11 to 17 years."I am return mine as they are clearly highly dangerous to human health. EWither that or their statements of amount of Vit D3 and NRV are totally false. Either waym, this is not good and cannot be trusted. It might kill you!

I'm quite happy with these - although ....
I'm quite happy with these - although .... yes as others have mentioned the dosage is a bit ambiguous!I know some have said that taking more than 4000IU per day is dangerous however do your own research on this. I have seen loads of research saying that Vit D3 is one of the most important supplements (next to Omega 3) that everyone should be taking and that we should be taking MORE of it, and that its actually very difficult to take too much and little evidence its harmful. So do your own research, or if worried just take one capsule.

What is the dose on these?
I have been taking vitamin D3 and K2 for a good few years now as I find that I sleep better when I do. And let's face it, gloomy, grey Britain is not the best place to top up your levels naturally! It is important that you do not take more than one of these a day as according to the NHS 4000iu is the maximum to take for adults. However, I am not sure that I will take these until the confusion about the dosage in these soft gels is sorted. The packet says they are 10000iu per soft gel and the product page says 4000iu.

Great formulation, dosages are on point and softgels are absorbent
Apart from drops / tincture, i always try to have the best option of a supplement available, as it affects absorbency, so the softel is another well positioned option when it comes to quality and absorbency.Vitamin D3 and K2 as a collective are so well researched and information readily available about why you most likely need them is easy to find as well. This formulation has the K2 (mk7 version), which is also widely available and again, an improved version, so it has all the better than entry level elements includedWith the addition of coconut oil and a serving suggestion of 1 a day, there is 120 days coverage here and im really happy with what has been supplied. The dosage works for me, 400 IU (internation units) is the upper limit for D3, i believe thats the highest recommended level, and the K2 is ideal as well.

Confusing ad - 1 or 2 softgels daily? 10,000 IU D per softgel? Recommended dose 4,000 IU D ???
The ad. for this product is so confusing, makes so many conflicting statements, it is giving me a headache! I just hope what we have here is confusion rather than dishonesty. The headline claims 4,000IU vitamin D3 and offers 120 "tablets" for £9.99. That seems a very reasonable price, assuming we get 4000IU in each pill. Confusion starts here. Firstly, these are not tablets but softgels, and they are referred to as softgels elsewhere on the ad. and on the packet. Having opened the packet, I can confirm that these are indeed softgels and NOT tablets. Next, nowhere in the headlines or as I scroll down from them do I see any mention of the amount of vitamin D in each capsule, or any suggestion as to how many caps. to take daily. On the packet, and in thumbnails down the left side of the ad., I read "Serving size 1 softgel' and "amount per serving 10,000IU. However, scrolling down the thumbnails, I find the advice to "Take 2 softgels daily with a meal". Under "Product Description" I see: "Dosage: 4,000 IU Vitamin D3 + 100 mcg Vitamin K2 per softgel". Elsewhere the ad. warns that taking more than 4,000IU vitamin D daily could be harmful. These contradictions hardly inspire confidence in the product! Nothing adds up!Now for the positive. I am very glad these are indeed softgels and not tablets. They are small, which will make swallowing them even easier. (I find all sizes of capsules go down so much easier than tablets, which stick in my throat, however tiny they may be.) I am glad to have the combination of vitamin D & K, which is said to improve absorption of vitamin D. Vitamin K is also said to be valuable in its own right. I fear my keto diet does not provide me with enough vitamin K (found in broccoli, lettuce, seed oils).I am happy that the softgels are filled up with coconut oil rather than the dreaded rice flour added to so many supplements. Rice flour is a no-no for those of us trying to eat very low carb/keto whereas coconut oil is a plus for people aiming for ketosis.I plan to take only one softgel daily, so this pack of 120 will last me 4 months. More is not always better! If you choose to buy before 10th October 2024 you can claim a 10% discount, bringing the price for 120 caps down to just £9. If the inconsistencies in the ad make you nervous, I suggest you contact the seller.
