I've been taking Ashwagandha for a few months now so I'm always keen to try the different brands that I'm offered to review.This one seems like a pretty good option, with added black pepper which apparently can increase absorption and after a few weeks I do feel that this one is well absorbed as I can feel it working well.The recommend dose is two capsules per day, so this is a 6 week supply. At the current selling price of £11.69 this equates to 24p per day which is pretty reasonable value for money,I'm happy to include these in my daily supplement stack and therefore quite happy to recommend. I’ve been trying out different brands of Ashwagandha for a while but this is the first one I’ve tried with black pepper and it does seem to make a difference to absorption. The brand I’ve been using is one 500mg capsule per day, whereas this one is two 500mg capsules per day so it could just be that the bigger dose is more effective. Having done a bit of research, I’ve discovered that the maximum safe dosage is very high and would be very expensive. Interestingly, this brand is cheaper for 1,000mg + black pepper than my current brand of 500mg with no pepper so it may well be that I stick with this one and order it on repeat. Definitely recommended.

I like to think that over the last 12 months i have learnt so much from buying and researching supplements to maintain my wellbeing, and one that seems to be very popular is Aswagandha.I like this product more than a stand alone ashwagandha, as it has the black pepper added, which improves absorbency, which is why you take the supplement in the first place, so whenever i am buying or asking to trial a product, i make sure that is an element incorporated.Overall at the dosage of almost 500mg per capsule and taking 2 capsules a day, i would say that is a very good dosage compared to what i have been taking previously and also what is generally found in most supplement offerings.So its a positive 5 stars from me, the quality of the product is there, the dosage is more than acceptable and with the addition of black pepper, the absorbency levels will be as good as they can be.I'm really happy with what has been supplied, the 45 days coverage this bottle size will provide is around 1 1/2 months, so you can decide if that is good value based on the strength of thes particular capsules.I take mine with water in the morning and never appear to have any issues swallowing.Overall very happy

Pretty simple ingredients being ashwa root (the main thing) and black pepper to help absorption like a lot of supplements use but its not like there aren't things this one does a little differently, for one its one of the few that advertises the dosage per capsule on the front of the packaging instead of the more questionable 'per dosage' even if it actually suggests for you to take 2 per day for the best effect (meaning 45 day supply).While I can't comment on the apparent quality of the ashwa this was sourced from as its hard to tell though apparently its the withanolides that you want more of (so 10% is good), while there are various things that ashwa can apparently do I best ones are probably helping deal with some of the things that can cause anxiety and stress meaning you will likely feel calmer and getting better sleep also both things that I have found understandably useful in improvement my lifestyle. The fact they easy to swallow, avoid things like gmo and synthetic fillers (not that made do use them) and do not cause stomach upsets are good bonuses. If you stumbled on this one first I could recommend it as your first foray into ashwa, but even then I would still recommend ashwa itself.

I wasn’t really expecting too much, as I’ve had a lot of supplements that didn’t really work, but I’ve really been feeling the effects of this one. I feel calmer and better able to control and manage my stress and emotions, which is really helping me, especially in my work. I also find it has an unusual but pleasant taste. Highly recommend!
