YES. You need them.
I will recommend these to everyone and their mother, father, cousin, neighbor, fellow book club member, etc.For the record, these are not a miracle cure, and I say that so that people don't assume you can use them INSTEAD of properly storing the foods (I use them for my produce, specifically was very important for berries). I feel like that assumption may result in a poor experience and therefore poor reviews, and that's unfair to the sellers. (Who are AMAZING btw, but I'll get there.)SO. Keeping that in mind, these made my berries last WAY longer than usual. I used to only get like 4 or 5 days MAX and that was still with throwing away anywhere from just a few to half a container. A week after buying these berries I literally only had to toss 3 berries out of the whole 12oz pack. And that may be partially my fault cause I think I traded out the tabs too late. As it is, I think checking them every day or every other day to make sure they're not slightly flimsy should fix that problem. Also, i think I should have used 2 or 3 instead of just 1. After doing those 2 things, I had no issues. I literally just used raspberries yesterday that I bought 12 days before and I only tossed 2 from the 12oz package. And the price? 100% worth it. Especially since they're reusable. Love love love.Also. The seller was AMAZING. I had a few questions that I couldn't find answers for so I sent a message and they answered within a few hours and were polite and accommodating. I don't have a toaster oven so I originally messaged to see if I could use my regular oven to recharge them. The answer is yes, btw, on a cookie sheet or some aluminum foil on 200° for 25 minutes, and then you let it cool in the oven for 10-15 minutes. I messaged them again to clarify if I was supposed to just turn off the oven or crack the door or something to let them cool and mentioned my fear of accidentally burning them if I did it wrong, to which they said to turn off the oven and maybe crack the door to let some of the heat out and that if they DID accidentally burn after following those instructions that they would replace them for me. Which I want expecting and was really nice of them to offer. I had no problems with that happening, so there was no need but it was greatly appreciated. They also gave me tips on how to store my berries (by placing the tabs on the top of them and then flipping the container over so the tabs were on the bottom) when I asked about placement of the tabs. Amazing, wonderful, lovely, all the nice adjectives to describe their customer service.

Great to keep shoes dry!
If you have sweaty feet like me, put two of these in each shoe to help soak up any moisture and keep your shoes from getting smelly. They work really well! For soaked shoes you're probably better off using heated inserts. These are great for everyday moisture.

Nice little pads I used for a unique project.
I had an integral blind patio door window outer pane get shattered. A new one was about the cost of an entire patio door set so I had a new pane of glass cut and repaired it using these absorbers inside between the panes of glass. These keep any humidity from showing up in my window panes unit.

Peace of mind
Use these with freeze dried fruits and don’t have to worry about chemicals getting in my food anymore. They do what they are supposed to.

I put these in any food container after I open it to keep it from getting stale . Things like large cereal boxes, chips , or dried fruit.

Customizable freshness
I wanted an alternative to silica gel packs that was more space efficient for moisture control in storage, perishables, etc. These thin little tabs seem just as effective at keeping sealed products dry and fresh as the silica packs (usually 5g) I was using before.I like that they waste less space, and are also customizable since you can cut them into smaller sizes (normal scissors worked for me, they are the thickness/toughness of coated cardboard). I guess I should note that cutting them means you might not get the full branding or "do not eat" messaging on each section, but it's a worthwhile trade off for me to not have to keep multiple sizes of silica packs on hand and also worry about them tearing and spilling. They say they are reusable, but I haven't tried it out yet so I can't vouch for how well they work on repeated uses. 75 tabs feel like they will last a while, especially since I don't always use a full one. The bag they come in reseals easily and securely.
