These are great. I shallow free dive spearfish. These get me down 30 feet with little effort and back up very quickly. I swim against strong currents for extended periods of time in new Jersey inlets and these do not wear me out. I was caught in an out flowing current and had to put them to the test to get back to safety and they more than did the job. 10/10 for the cost and purpose.FYI I'm a 9.5 and thsee fit perfectly with no socks or tight with 2mm.

I'm a size 9.5 US. so I got the 42/43. I had planed on wearing them bare foot but ended up needing to wear a pare of double layer nylon running socks or neoprene socks to keep them from falling off. which ended up being for the better anyways because they are very comfortable wearing them like this and I have a little protection when I take the fins off when I'm walking around. As for there performance? Well I'm use to cheap Walmart swim gear and when I put these on, it was the difference be tween night and day. I know you could put more money in to fins if you wanted to but for me being new to the sport of free diving and spearfishing, I feel like these were the right pare to get. I have no complaints and I'm more than happy.

The foot is very comfortable and fits exactly

Correct size.Fins: the LD, the meaning of the name of the model is absolutely adequate, it is possible to swim many hours with moderate effort. We dive (spearfishing) in cold water (ca. 12ºC) and the performance is ok. The foot is very comfortable and fits exactly. In our family we have a pair of the old cressi gara 2000 -in perfect condition yet- and two pairs of the Gara 3000 LD. The quality of the materials is remarkable.

Great fins
Very flexible, you glide thru the water and gives you better speed and distance. Also very light weight, they do run big I’m size 9-9.5 so I got them 8-9. Fits well
