Terrible side effects and brand...
I have chronic iron deficiency. This supplement made me very sick for 24+ hours after only one dose. Nausea, abdominal cramping, diarrhea, heart palpitations, and then constipation with very dark stool. I was hoping to raise my ferritin quicker with these, but I don't trust this product. I'm going to go back to my old iron supplement that didn't make me feel as bad as this did.I contacted the seller and they refused to honor their money back guarantee when purchased through Amazon. They did not care to make it right, nor investigate whether the product I received is safe.Thankfully, Amazon was able to refund me. I cannot recommend this product or it's company.
