It did was it was supposed to do, but please be careful with this. Too much Vitamin D3 is not good for your body. This should only be taken one month at a time and not three months consecutive like I did! Research what too much does to your body. My doctor asked me to stop it immediately.

Obviously this isn’t something you “feel” overnight, but I actually prefer that. It feels more like long-term support vs a quick fix. Honestly, no real complaints so far. If anything, I just wish it came in a slightly larger bottle because it’s easy to go through when you’re taking it daily. If you’re new to something like this, just be consistent with it. It’s not one of those supplements you notice instantly it’s more of a “stay on track with it” type of thing. Also, the capsule is actually really small, which makes it super easy to take daily.
