Best multi out there!
After several years of a friend trying to get me to take these vitamins, I finally gave in and started taking them. That was 7+ years ago. I didn't notice any drastic changes in my health right away. But, about a year later I realized that I was no longer taking my daily dose of Allegra and Zertex and I rarely had to take Benedryl for asthma. I don't know why this combination of vitamins works so well, but I highly recommend it!! Ultra Preventive X rocks!

The body accepts it fast.
If you have too many minerals in your vitamins your nose or body may refuse to accept it. This form for Ultra Preventative X is always available. The capsule form is just hype and you can never buy it. Some manufacturers are just weird or may have other labs make it under their name!
