An amazing product for digestive health and well being! Somewhat messy and sticky but if you put a butter knife in the bottle of ume and then dissolve what’s coated on the knife in warm to hot water it will make it easier and cleaner to use

The best for an upset stomach
I've used Eden Ume Plum paste for decades. I hope it will always be available. It's the best for an upset stomach. You don't have to use very much at all, and the jar lasts forever. I even travel with a small container of it (and leave the Pepto Bismal on the pharmacy shelf lol).
