On second set
Son loves his Mcqueen pads (or at least tolerates then because they're LightningMcQueen). However, we're on our second set because the knee broke off one of the knee pads. Maybe that means it was doing it's job

Good set for little kids
Haven't had it too long, but my 5 year old took a few falls learning to ride without trainers and this set helped a lot. Should work for most little kids 3-6, I think.

Quality is not the best
One of the hard caps on the elbow pad came off after about 5 minutes of taking it out of the package. The hard caps are only attached with a thin mesh. My 4 y/o loves the set, so I kept it and sewed it together.
