It actually works! 🥰But for it to work you do have to stay consistent. 😌 And don’t have to wait too long for it to work too, results come fast. 🤩The more you do it the better the results. Helaas
Ik heb hem een paar weken gekocht en uitgeprobeerd. Helaas aan één kant van de band doet het niet zo goed. Dat merk ik aan de beweging van mijn billen wanneer die samentrek. Ik blijf elke keer aanpassenden soms pakt het goed en ander keer niet. Had ik gelijk terug moeten sturen. Vind wel jammer.

Also das Ding haut schon echt rein, wenn man es ordentlich hochdreht. Allerdings ist es eher was zum unterstützen der Übungen, nicht einfach umschalten und das Beste hoffen. Ems ohne Sport bringt halt nicht wirklich was.
