I was looking for a upgrade to my tv that I have had about 8 years. I already had a 55" Hisense in my living room but wanted something for my bedroom so I purchased the 32" Hisense. It was so light when I took it out of the box. I didn't even have to read the instructions, I just plugged it in and followed the instructions on screen for auto scanning channels. It also has Prime and Netflix and Freeview preinstalled, along with some other channels, so all you have to do is sign in or make an account. I had everything set up in half an hour. You do need an outside aerial for terrestrial viewing but apart from that the quality, brightness, colour and ease of use is fantastic. Whilst I was doing the install, it let me know there was also an upgrade upgrade as well so was pleased with that. For the money you can't really argue and I am so glad I purchased this tv. Now I can just relax and enjoy.

This TV is really good I will be buying another one soon happy with the HD resolution aswell as on other TVs I've had the haven't been that good even though they were smart TVs

I bought this TV for my mum who is in a care home on March 2025 Easy to set up and use , July 17th 2025 the screen went blank so I contacted Amazon they said contact Hisense so I emailed 18th July 2025 I was told the warranty only covers repair not to replace and an engineer will be in touch my mother currently has no TV while we wait for a call that never comes after various emails I finally get told an engineer will call today and come and repair the TV so I take a day off and guess what I get a call and the Engineer is I’ll and has been sent home ! I am furious the worst service I have ever received and I will never buy Hisense again!Update after being told by an Amazon manager I would have a call to repair the TV within 3 Working days on 14th August still no call on 20th Aug so now over a month with no TV great service Amazon 🤦‍♂️

I’m actually really impressed with this tv. Picture is bright and crisp, sound is excellent. Screen size is perfect for small rooms. Remote has a good selection of apps on it for easy access. The tv itself doesn’t look or feel cheap, good quality casing. Easy to use, auto scan does all the work finding channels. Works like a treat. Connects to WiFi and Bluetooth without difficulty. The quality of this tv has surprised me, usually buy a certain make of tv, but didn’t want to spend a lot of money for a tv for the guest room, so went for this one. I’m so impressed that it puts more expensive makes to shame. I wouldn’t hesitate buying a Hisense tv in future, infact I’d recommend it. Very happy

Very good value tv and modern look. Good picture and sound. Easy to use system and set up. I was concerned what set up would be like as I haven't had a smart tv before. However all you need to do is follow the straight forward on screen instructions using the remote control. The booklet gives you a clear picture explanation of the function of each button on the remote. I would recommend this TV.

Piece of garbage.I can't give it zero stars, let alone negative ones....Especially in ROI, none of the terrestrial TV apps work on it....It is the usual blast us with manufacturers ads type of "smart" TV....Piece of garbage, don't think about buying it....It might work if you have adequate ariels/dishes.... I don't so I can't judge that.

Wireless doesn’t work, the tv connects and disconnects from WiFi, not allowing it to keep connected, so l can not use the app.
