These are amazing I know when I have forgotten to take them. You have plenty of energy and get up And go after taking. Love the flavour part of my morning routine

On my 2nd batch now. My hair is so much better and generally feeling better as well, though i feel it probably could work better. Easy to take and tastes ok.

Nothing noticeable
I took these for a few months, they taste nice and I prefer the lozenge to pills and powders. But I'm not sure there were any benefits, I didn't feel any different the whole 3-4 months I was taking them and now I've stopped, also no difference. Some people might argue that is normal, but if you can't see or feel the benefit of a product, how can you verify if it's worth it. Hence the 3 stars.

Sceptical but…
I’m not really a supplements person. Purchased these on the hype expecting to regret my decision shortly thereafter. I’m about 3 weeks in and I have to say my sleep is the best it’s been for years. I’m getting a good 15-20% more per night than I have for a decade. Coincidence? There’s been no other significant changes to my lifestyle so at the moment I’m putting it down to the NMN. Haven’t noticed any of the other purported benefits yet but until proven otherwise I’m happy with my purchase and will be repeating

Better than the other popular brand out there
I tried these over the other popular brand that is advertised everywhere. They definitely work and taste nice too. They're more of a lozenge than a swallowable tablet like the other brand. I switched to the other brand vivanmn and they taste horrible and didnt seem to do anything so have gone back to these and could not be happier.
