I use nightly
This is a very good product! I put 4 puffs on each leg at night and rub in. It helps my legs to relax and I go right to sleep 😴👍.

If it wasn't for this item I would not be sane now, the instant relief from the nightly pain has given me the chance to sleep pain free throughout the night. I have purchased this item 3 times now because all the other lotion and potions comes nowhere close enough to giving me the instant relief I so much need from this medication. I am sorry it has not worked for some people in the reviews, but take note there are two type one for cramps and one for nerve discomfort. I must admit the relief foam is a bit pricey but what can I do if it really works!

Need a little relief
Do you want temporary pain relief. This liquid foam does help. Only thing it will not cure your issue. BUT! it will give you some relief. I have had pain/aches on my knees, lower back, and even wrist. With one or two pumps of the foam, and rub on the (as an example) your knees. give about 10 minutes or so to dry, it is not sticky it feels more water base. Your pain will either go away or it will be minor. It does help. I have also used the roll-on version as well. It is a good product.
