5 Stars because the manufacturer has been great in providing after sales support. Firmware was sent with instructions video. Camera working well now.

Worked briefly about 3 weeks turned off and when turned back on the indicators flashed but the camera did not come on I'm in the process of returning it

I got this for streaming and am very pleased with picture quality. It is excellent. User interface is not great, but it works well with obs studio and can be controlled in app, with windows or with the remote. I haven't had any issues with the remote, it's responsive and I really like being able to set up preset scenes. Picture is very clear, even in low light, with no distortion on the edges of the picture. I use it with auto focus and yes it does have a delay when changing scenes (preset set areas that can be programmed on the remote), just a few seconds though. Instructions/documentation isn't great. There are lots of videos online though for similar cameras that helped me to understand setting it up on a network and what the different options were for connecting. It's plug and play though with the included usb cable, windows detected it right away. My biggest issue with the camera is that it doesn't have an off switch and the lights are very bright. When I turn my computer off it defaults to standby mode and the light is too bright so I have to unplug it everytime, going to have to hook it up to a remote plug. And when you unplug it, it forgets it's last position. Excellent picture, works easy and fast with OBS.

Molto soddisfatta, non essendo molto pratica con le impostazioni ho chiesto aiuto al servizio cliente tenveo, sono rimasta sbalordita sulla loro disposizione nel seguire il mio bisogno sempre disponibile e attenti , veramente consiglio loro prodotti e soprattutto se siete come me non pratici loro vi potranno aiutare senza dubbio.

Ok non è una "telecamera professionale" ma ha delle caratteristiche che sinceramente bastano e avanzano alla maggior parte degli utenti medi. Si presenta estremamente bene, ottimi i materiali, l'imballo e gli accessori inclusi nella confezione. Può essere poggiata su un tavolo o sospesa sul muro, non importa, questa è fatta apposta per poter seguire i soggetti e offrire una ripresa autonoma. Se la usaste come webcam avreste, mirrorless escluse, una delle più interessanti (e costose) webcam che vi consentirebbero di fare vere e proprie video conferenze, muovendovi per la stanza avendo la certezza di venir inseguiti dalla telecamera mentre parlate. Qualitativamente parliamo di riprese full HD con 60 fotogrammi al secondo. Ben oltre l'utilizzo che si farebbe per un uso da webcam, un po' meno se la si volesse utilizzare per scopi più creativi, in quel caso infatti non sarebbe stato male una risoluzione più grande considerato che monta un sensore Sony CMOS da 1/2.8" ( tecnicamente, meglio di ciò che è in dotazione ad uno smartphone di ultima generazione). La parte zoom io evito sempre di tenerla in considerazione sebbene qui fortunatamente hanno optato sia per uno zoom ottico da 12X, l'unico degno di nota e il classico 8x digitale che io sconsiglio vivamente perchè non è altro che un ingrandimento a posteriori che sgrana le immagini. Buona la gestione del rumore anche se, comprando una telecamera del genere, è quasi scontato che abbiate un efficiente impianto di illuminazione. A chi serve? Se siete gente che lavora da remoto e fate spesso riunioni online con il capo e colleghi questa è fenomenale, se tenete corsi o fate didattica online ancora meglio perchè vi potete muovere a piacimento sapendo che sarete sempre a fuoco, se fate video tutorial, siete youtuber o digital creators di vario genere potreste preferire questa alle classiche mirrorless proprio per la praticità di poter gestire la scena senza operatore. Assolutamente consigliata.

Ik heb deze camera gekocht en slechts één keer gebruikt voordat ik besloot hem terug te sturen. Gezien de prijs had ik veel hogere verwachtingen van de beeldkwaliteit en de algemene prestaties. Helaas vond ik dat de kwaliteit niet overeenkomt met wat je voor dit bedrag mag verwachten. Uiteindelijk heb ik gekozen voor een eenvoudiger en goedkoper model van hetzelfde merk. Dat model biedt naar mijn mening een veel betere prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Hoewel het minder geavanceerd is, voelt de prijs daar wel gerechtvaardigd aan. Deze camera is niet per se slecht, maar voor deze prijs had ik duidelijk meer verwacht. Daarom vond ik de prijs niet in verhouding staan tot de geleverde kwaliteit.

We highly recommend this camera. It is of excellent quality and works well for our church needs. We have purchased an additional one for our 2nd location. Communication with Tenveo has been a pleasure, they were always helpful, courteous and quick to respond to our questions.
