I bought this for my mother who suffers from arthritic hands. The machine was helping her then all of a sudden just stopped working. I contacted customer services who were very helpful and without any hesitation sent out a new machine within a few days of contacting them. New machine working perfectly and my mother would recommend this machine to others looking for help with pain and stiffness caused by arthritis.

I suffer with osteoporosis across my body. It's beginning to cause pain in my hands. I decided to try this hand massager and I'm glad that I did. My fingers were becoming stiff and painful. After using this my hands and fingers do not hurts so much. I am able to straighten my fingers more than I could. It is not a quick fix you have to stick with it. I tend to use it at least twice a day. It's a strange feeling at first but stick with it you will be glad you did. I certainly am. Recommended

This was really bad for my carpel tunnel. It felt nice on my other hand so I guess if you just enjoy hand massages this would be great for you - but it was quite painful on my bad hand so unfortunately had to return. It is otherwise a nice product though, very light and feels comfy enough to wear casually without having to keep your arm perfectly still. Just sadly wasn’t for me!

This is brilliant! Long battery life, quick to charge, can run off mains power. Would recommend.

Well, it was great! Very good for relief of my arthritis but after less than 4 months use it's broken - won't switch off. For a cordless item that's pretty terminal. Although it was great when it was working, £53 for something that couldn't even make to Christmas (I bought at end of August) is rubbish and a waste of money. Forget your consumer rights! Update - Amazon gave me a full refund. Well done Amazon!

I've developed minor arthritis in a finger, tried this not expecting much. But I can say fairly confidently that it is making a massive difference. It's not cured, but it's far less painful than it was. The device performs very differently depending on whether it is pulled into the charger or if it is running purely on the batteries. With batteries only it is much more gentle. With power it can get quite alarming how hard it compresses your hand - but actually I find this a good thing. Same with the heat - with power on the "low" setting is great, the "high" setting is unbearable (for me). But on battery, the high setting is preferable. Like others I didn't get proper instructions for some reason, but it's pretty easy to work out - switch on, put hand in, select hand size (small or large) and it starts up. Optionally press the heat button to switch heat on, press again for the higher setting. If you have any hand pain, definitely worth a try.

Purchased as a gift for my mother who suffers with sore wrists and hands. She finds the temperature about right and not too hot and the actual quality of the unit is good but in terms of lifestyle, it's unfortunately not made any difference to her pain levels.

Relaxes my hands after long days at work. Helps with carpal tunnel relief - doesn't cure it, but it does somewhat help reduce the overall pain. Worth the price.

Ich habe mich für eine neue Maschine entschieden und bin nicht enttäuscht worden, dieses Gerät ist der Hammer noch nie hatte ich eine leisere und leistungsstarke Massage Gun hoffe dass Sie lange läuft und wenn nicht bin ich sicher dass mir der Shop wieder eine Lösung für mein Problem anbieten wird !!!

Acheté pour mon père qui a des douleurs aux doigts et pour qui les gants ne suffisaient pas. Après quelques semaines d’utilisation, les douleurs dans les doigts sont parties. Donc très contente de cet achat.
