Very active beneficial probiotics that improves digestion
People can say what they want about capsulated probiotics that aren’t refrigerated not being active, but that isn’t true with at least with this one. I use the capsule to make a type of yogurt and the probiotic in this product made a beautiful, creamy yogurt. Very active bacteria. I have been doing this with a few different probiotic blends and individual bacteria and have loved the effect. It has improved my digestion and comfort. Helps things move along a little better. The ingredients are in a capsule that can be easily opened and put in juice, smoothie, or coffee.

Women - listen up
This strand of probiotic is great for keeping pH in check, ladies. I love taking this especially during my monthly cycle because of what our pH goes through at that time. It has been gentle on my stomach & easy to swallow. No complaints. I’ve been taking it for months.

I used it to make yogurt by Dr. Davis recipe, came out great. 36 hrs in the oven with the oven light on. No separation, really thick texture. My mom likes the taste.
