Just brilliant for keeping check on your BP as it seems to be very accurate, you can't beat Omron. Battery life appears to be very good. No case comes with it but you can buy them on Amazon.

Great Blood Pressure monitor
Purchased this for my Dad as he's got high blood pressure. He had a similar model off the Doctors to try and this is working extremely well. Battery life is excellent, perfect size and does his readings exactly as the one from the Doctors which is very reassuring that it works.
