Some people have reviewed this product works well first, but after first discharge it does not get recharged. Initially I faced the same issue and thought the product was defective. But checking further I realised that I was using a 9 volt router while this UPS supports 12 volt routers only. Others who have complained about this problem probably have the same cause. After switching to 12 volt adaptor, this UPS worked fine, giving complete 5 hour backup as claimed. Definitely value for money 👍 very happy with the purchase.

I am using oakter mini UPS since last 1 year, now that device have 1 hour backup now. At the same time I need more backup, then I purchased ambrane. There is no issue when it is online. But after 1 day during power cut the device is not working. I think the device not able to gain charge because of faulty device sent ambrance. I requested service center replacement. I will update after the new item arrives

The product is small and it delivers what the company promised. First setup I made a small mistake the power adapter which came with my modem is 12V 1A I set up everything with this power adapter but the issue is the mini UPS is always blinking and won't get charged up. Then my electronics mind started to work, if modem is using 1A continuously Mini UPS won't get charged up. Later I purchased 12V 2A power adaptor from a local shop. Now everything works fine. Check your modem and power adapter first. Otherwise you have to purchase a new power adapter

Short review: Ambrane has been a key player in the power bank segment and has delivered this master piece with about 2-3 hours of back up depending on your router. Price bought at: ₹1299. Long review: I used Oakter UPS for my Archer C6 which used to keep it up and running for about 3-4 hours. Multiple Oakter router UPS gave up on me just after their warranty period and I was looking for alternatives. I had this one in my wishlist so I would have quick link to a trusted product in case my Oakter ones fails some day. As there power interruptions was frequent, I had to buy this at ₹1299 which is not the ideal price I would suggest anyone to buy this at. This usually retails at around 999-1099. That is the only suitable range of price for this one as the Oakter ones costed only about 799-899. Pulled the trigger for this just because I trust Ambrane more than anything else for portable power back up devices. I had a 10000mah powerbank from Ambrane since 2014 and that lived till 2022 when it died one day in the shelf. Immediately bought another Ambrane 27000mah powerbank. That is how much I trust Ambrane for powerbanks. The same trust made me buy this and I have 0 regrets. I couldn't confirm the total backup it delivers, but I had it running for over 2 hours powering my Archer C6 which is a 12v~1A router. Verdict: I would definitely recommend this over anything else as a great budget option compared to reputed ones like Resonate and Cuzor at comparatively cheaper price.
