If you want INSTANT RELIEF well...
I will swear by this stuff til the day I die. I wasn't sure if this would work the same as the gel I used years ago but sure enough just put it on my gums for pain due to a broken tooth plus an abcess instant pain relief. Buy it totally worth it

The best!
This is the best product for canker sores!!! I recommend not to use the actual applicator because it gets contaminated. I used an ear Q-tip then I throw it away.
