Privacy Bala Knobset with Adjustable Latch, Satinless, Polished Stainless Steel

Purchased for the cloakroom door. Easy to fit, have used it for 4 months now with no problems. The Door knob is an attractive addition to the light oak door and matches with other similar door knobs in the property. Can hightly recommend.

Bought this and 3 privacy door knobs to replace old tired brass knobs.Look good when installed.Only issue is fitting. Supposed to drill 2inch hole. Firstly this difficult when already a hole in the frame and secondly would leave frame very weak.Mana aged by drilling two holes for fixing bolts them drilled enough from each side to get the handles to fit and turn. 40mm on side, 25mm the other.Used the latch mechanism installed to give location for drills.Will be replacing the other 5 conventional door handles.

These door knobs are very good and well made.They are to replace Weiser fitting door knobs that were fitted in the 80s which are not that easy to find.Solid and pleasing.

Perfect to hide the 60cm hole in the door. I fit the polished silver Bala knob myself (female age 57)Ordered five more but unable to apply 10% voucher code so disappointed in that
