Great plans - love the photos.
It is nice to have a book of plans - I know you can see house plans online, but sometimes it is nice to be able to flip thru a book. One word of caution - this company makes many different home plan books. Just buy a few of them because if you buy them all like I did, there is a lot of duplication.

Nothing New
I've collected house plan books for around 20 years as a fan of architecture and engineering. This newest book is about half the size of previous editions but still costs $17. Out of the 240 plans, only about 20-30 might actually be new - there's some in there that are verifiably 20+ years old. To be fair, the title states Best-Selling and not Newest.

The book of house plans was great as it offered different square feet, different sizes as well, Vacation homes included.
