Calming tabs
Dog walker says they help but she doesn’t like them . I don’t blame her they smell horrible . I have to crush them and mix them in food . To taxing I have bought different ones to try but they haven’t come yet

Can't really decide
I can't say I feel any different taking this supplement, I listen to all the reviews which claim so many benefits, but I don't experience any of them. The product might be great but the benefits are over stated, or it might be snake oil. I hope it works for you.

Good alternative if folic acid gives you digestive issues
Been taking these for about 3 weeks, I do not tolerate folic acid from the GP very well makes my nauseous but these are fine. I prefer taking this form anyway as my body doesn’t have to convert it like it would with folic acid. Only gripe is the edges of the pills are a bit sharp but they aren’t as big as something like an omega 3 pill so it’s fine. My recent folate test which I had done today was a increase from 2.1 to 3.6 so still a while to go but obviously it’s working.

I lack folic acid (folate) and over the counter ones are useless there no where near a milligram so when I seen these ones I had to try and they really do help will have to get more there brilliant

Someone suggested on TikTok that if you want to conceive, use these instead of regular folic acid. They are good tablets.
