I love these. It takes the swelling down on my face or if I have a headache it makes me feel better.

Good if you feel hot or have a temperature. Also good for stimulating the Vagus nerve. Comes in a nice zip lock pouch.

I bought this mask to use after having RF micro needling facial. Works better than the freezing hammer that is used in salons helps take down the inflammation caused by the treatment.

I have a neurological disorder which causes me to be incredibly sensitive to light so I have horrible headaches, eye strain, and muscle strain from all of the muscles that surround the eyes because I'm always squinting against the pain. I Love these SO much!! When it's still hard from the freezer I push a pillow that I can breath through over my face to push it down and make better contact. Just a tip. Sounds awful but feels amazing!

This mask doesn't help much. There's so little gel in it that once it is out of the freezer and put on your face, the gel gets defrosted so fast that you can hardly feel any cold on your skin. I've already discarded the packing material so I couldn't return it. It was a waste of money.

This is really only good if someone has suffered a face injury and wants to hold ice on their face because of the pain relief and because they can still do other things with it. The things that wrap around your head are very uncomfortable and does get irritating after some time. The temperature retention is very mediocre.

Stores in the freezer and stays cold for a long time. I have rocesa and the flare ups cause my face to flush and get hot. This helps cool it and one side is soft and keeps it from getting too cold.

I love it. I use it when I’m too warm so I put it behind my neck and go to sleep. I don’t like that it loses its cooling temperature rather quickly… but that’s because I’m not using it for my face.

Doesn’t stay cool long. However after recent dental surgery it was nice to attach and sleep

Doesn’t get cold enough. You can barely tell it’s frozen. There is a fabric piece to keep the ice off your face but it is too insulating and doesn’t allow the cooling to transfer. You would be better served with a neoprene freezable face mask
