Supreme Value for a Solid Chair
I am delightedly surprised every time I navigate our home in this wheelie. The motors are responsive and powerful and I have yet to encounter a situation it cannot handle. On the "open road" of riding in public spaces, the highest speed is a bit too fast for walkers to keep up with, so I cool my wheels from 5 lights to 3 so as not to shame my teenage grandsons. So far, the battery seems stable and fit for power forever. In the month of use, I've only had to charge the battery once. I figure to use it till the indicator drops to two lights before charging again. It easily charges from bedtime to wake (for me, about 5-6 hours). The rubber strap that holds the battery in place on its hooks is not very impressive, so I would advise a purchase of a short bungie cord to keep it secure. But that's not an issue either. There is a slight learning curve in using the joy stick control, because the chair struggles a bit on thick carpet when trying to do a stationary 360 turnabout... but that's easily overcome if you add just a tiny bit of forward/reverse while doing so. It also would be better for me to put the joystick on the left side, since I have a tremor in my right hand that makes it awkward in tight places. Nonetheless, the joystick is easy to use and responsive in every situation. I use the chair on 2 lights for normal use around the house... it gives plenty of power for both quick bursts of speed and careful maneuvering in tight spaces. The chair is comfortable, even for long sitting of up to two hours. It is also very easy to get in and out of, even with a serious myopathy in my legs. When I go out for doctors' appointments or shopping, I usually use my rollator rather than this chair, since I don't yet have a useable means of transporting this rather heavy chair. I hope to resolve that issue soon. The ride is also very comfortable. The bicycle-type tires roll easily over bumps and obstacles and tackle thresholds like they weren't even there. Simply for convenience sake, I would ask the designer to add a basket or carrier to fit under the seat. That would be a very nice accessory. Nonetheless overall, I like the design and solid feel of this chair... it's solid and inspires confidence for me, since its weight adds to the solid feel. Like I said in the beginning, I am more than happy with this chair, and consider it an absolute home run for the cost. I'd recommend it for anyone.

Great for seniors
Purchased for my 92 year old aunt. She uses it to maneuver around the ALF with no issues. The large wheels go over thresholds smoothly.

Good and sturdy.
I ve had the chair for few days. I will re review again after a few weeks of use. For now the chair appears to be great for the price. Pros: Sturdy and functional. Easy to use. Vendor responsive. Cons: i purchased the chair because it claimed to have 20in seat. It is only 16inches! Its a very snug fit and not what i was looking for, but it will work. The vendor measured from outside of the armrests not actual seating. They said they would correct description on the item as it is deceptive. For an elder person the breaks are impossible to engage/disengage. The way it was set up, you dont have room to adjust the breaks. Vendor told me to loosen the screws for the brake. The real solution would require to drill a new whole and move the brake. Maybe on future chairs they can adjust the placement to allow user to adjust the distnace of brake to tire. I did found a cheap solution that is working for breaks. Bought some 1/2 inch pvc pipe18 inches in length that i put over the break lever that will give mom more leverage. She can easily engage/ disengage brakes. Tweaks to current set up follow. I put pics of the breaks for this chair and for the traditional wheelchair for comparisson of brake placement. You can see on traditional where there is wiggleroom to adjust the brake placme t. Joystic is set up for right handed. It can be changed to left side with some adjustments. The joystic, doesnt swivel out of the way to the side, so becomes a problem to sit at table. I have to pull the joystcik and drape it over the chair. Am working on an idea on how to remount on a swivel, more to come. We tested on the ramp to enter from the garage, the anti tip wheels really worked well. I currently have the chair set at the lowest speed and feel for future chairs an even slower speed adjustment could be useful. I have not yet tried to put in my suv. Will give update on that in a few weeks. I ll post more pictures and video in a few weeks.

Great chair for the price!!
So far I am very pleased with this chair!! It is great for getting outside, I can go to the garden, grocery store, etthe joystick is a little sensitive, and I have run into a few things because of it but I’m still learning how to navigate on it. It has a tight turn radius, good speed, it’s comfortable, I love it! Only other thing is it’s heavy to put in the car, we had to get a carrier to hook up to the hitch for transport,

Disappointed tell me angry and horrible service
Overall, it's a well built, heavy chair, but it has a couple of serious issues. First is the control stick. This thing has a mind of its own. I can let go of it and it does NOT stop immediately. Then my old chair reacts to the direction I send the stick forward, left or right, but this lags and caused me to run into a door frame and that was quit painful. . The second biggest issue I have is the battery. The battery that I have on my old wheelchair is much smaller, half this size yet it'll haul me around for 15 miles, this battery is a size of a car. Yet the Batteries is heavy and bulky and I charged it fully and I'm in yellow within two hours of use. And my third issue is their service. I have not been using this year. It literally has not worked and got an hour use on it before I put it in my storage and replacing it again because one is heavier than it depicted when I purchased it but their service and they're so-called warranty and standing behind their product sucks as I sent a message earlier on when I purchased this which was about six months ago with the same problems from day one and never even got a response leaving me to the point where normally can I not get it fixed or return it? I was told it couldn't be returned that much I got But no repairs no care or concerns about the fact that instead of being a tool to help me, it hurt me running me into a wooden door frame as I mean amputee and I don't expect I'll hear anything from this review which was my last resort. So the least I can do is hope that I can save somebody else a headache in pain and cost of purchasing this product that you cannot return and they don't stand behind like they say

Climbing my daughter’s driveway safer with this chair. I can visit grandkids more often!
I am very pleased with this wheelchair. It has lots of power for climbing hills and can handle grass, gravel and slightly uneven ground quite well. So far the battery has lasted much longer than my mobility scooter ever did.

It's okay
Okay, starting with the plus sides of this chair. It is pretty comfortable, drives fast, and easy to put together. There's a few negatives as well... does not turn properly, doesn't stop right away so you need to be careful when you need to stop, turning is terrible, and the seat is definitely not 20" it is more like 18in if that. Overall the chair is good for temporary while waiting to get approved for a better chair from your insurance or used as a every now and then thing. I would say to use indoors but because of the problem with the sensors I wouldn't recommended.

Speed Demon
This thing is fast. My grandma is getting older and a lot of stores she frequents do not have the mobile carts so she invested in herself and bought this. This thing gets around! My grandma is a solid 350lbs and she sits in this comfortably and it is powerful still! She keeps it on level 1 speed and it’s still fast. Quality is great. It’s sturdy and comfortable. It’s a bit heavier than expected, but not unmanageable. It folds easily to get into the vehicle. The only thing I don’t like is having to take the footrests off to fit in my car, but they are easy and fast to remove. Safety is top notch. This thing has a seatbelt so that’s great. It also can announce when you are reversing and has a loud horn to alert people around you.

Très bon produit
Facile à monter. Très lourde il faut être 2 pour la soulever et la mettre dans le coffre de la voiture. Pas compliquée à opérer. Malgré la taille des roues, elle se manie bien à l'intérieur lorsqu'on a de l'espace

Outright lying about the specifications.
Does not match the product description, yes it looks like the one in the photos but all of the specifications and measurements are outright lies. The seat is barely 17 inches wide not the listed 20 inches, the motors are 250 watt NOT 500 watt, the weight capacity according to the manual and the model number on the chair is 120kg/264lb NOT 400lbs. This misinformation is dangerous and downright malicious. Last but not least the brakes are not electromagnetic, they are flimsy little hinged pieces that are similar to what you would find on a children's pedal cart. The build quality is passable at best and the foot rests show clear signs of poor assembly and manufacturing. The plastics all appear to be from midnight runs and are warped from being injection molded at the incorrect speeds. The metal parts seem to be fairly well assembled albeit with some obvious modifications to cut down on manufacturing costs ( hand drilled holes and bolts used instead of pins. ) I'm trying to figure out what I can do with this chair that doesn't meet my requirements and is going to be difficult if not impossible to ship back to Amazon/the seller.
