This little thing is such a great tool for back pain relief. I have lower back issues, sciatica and piriformis pain, and this has brought me a lot of relief. Very simple to use, adjustable power level to your comfort level, and has tons of programmed sessions for different things. I've also used this for menstrual cramps and it was great. The pads are very sticky; I've used the same ones about 10 times now and they're still plenty sticky. You do get a few extras, and replacements can be purchased as well. I'm so glad I purchased this TENS unit and have enjoyed adding it to my recovery routine. I've had it for about 2 months now and have never charged it, and it still has a full battery. Highly recommend!!

I love this thing! My old one was outdated so l got this one. And its awesome. Easy to use, ALOT of different levels, and l love how it navigates to each level, it feels sooooooo good, helped SO MUCH with my back, and hip pain, battery life is LONG, it also comes with this hard plastic piece so you can stick your pads on for later use. This is definitely worth the bread l spent... I'm getting another one to keep at work.

I wasn’t expecting much from a little handheld TENS unit, but this thing surprised me. It’s simple to set up, the pads stick well, and the modes actually feel different instead of all blending together. The three TENS settings give me options depending on what kind of flare I’m having...a soft, steady one for sensitive days, a deeper “fist” style pulse when the pain sits under the muscle, and a sharper acupuncture‑style tap that hits those stubborn knots that I get. The RELAX mode is nice. After a few minutes of TENS, switching to the relaxing pattern helps everything settle instead of staying clenched. I like that I can use just one wire when I’m heading out, and it’s still effective without feeling bulky or complicated. The intensity can jump a little if you’re not paying attention, but once you find your level it’s easy to control. The only time it caught me off guard was when one of the modes hit a tight muscle with a sharper pulse...not bad, just surprising. I’ve already recommended this little device to friends and family, and I’ll be getting another one soon because it’s genuinely helped me a lot with my tight muscles. I've also used it for an hour and battery still at full volume. Overall, it’s portable, strong, and actually helpful for managing tension and flare‑ups. For the price, it’s absolutely worth it.

It certainly is worth a try if you suffer from sciatica and back pain . It was recommended to me. It’s easy to set up and then relax while it’s working on those sore muscles. It’s always there for you no appointment needed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my first time trying a pole workout, and I had no idea how sore my arms were going to be afterward! I could barely straighten my arm because my muscles were so tight and painful. I ordered this TENS unit hoping for some relief, and I’m honestly impressed. After using it, I was actually able to straighten my arm again! It came fully charged, so I was able to use it right out of the box. The different settings feel great, and the pads stick well without leaving any sticky residue behind when you remove them. I noticed a difference after my very first use. Definitely worth the price, and I’ll be using it after my future pole classes!

Best myofascia release ever! I have been balling, stretching, and strengthening my rotator cuff for over a year. But this unit seems to be the final tool to force my myofascia trigger point to release and allow it to learn to stay loose. Honestly, this has been about as effective as dry needling for me, but I can apply it when and where I need it, rather than wait for a PT session

This little machine is amazing! 🤩 I’m a few months in with frozen shoulder and I recently ended up with a massive flare up where my range of motion was diminished to almost nothing and the pain was through the roof. Out of desperation, I felt a TENS machine would help as it did when I had tried physiotherapy. I used to have a medical-grade TENS machine, many years ago, but I lent it out and never got it back. Fast forward to today and this portable TENS machine arrived fully charged, right out of the box! I got it set up on my bad shoulder and let it do its thing. Incredible how well this tiny little machine works! After the timer was finished and it shut off, I switched to 4 pads, using both A & B sides, so I could relax the shoulder muscles due to them being tense from overcompensating. Again, working great! I’ve had this machine running for at least 45 minutes now and it’s still got a full charge. If you’re on the fence at all about getting this machine, I can tell you it’s 100% worth it. Being as small as it is, I love that I can bring it with me while travelling or carry it around with me if I have to get up to do something. It comes with everything you need, including a storage pouch and extra pads. So far, I’m very impressed!

Amazing product, easy to use and comes fully charged. Great price as well. I learned about this specific brand from my daughter who purchased one a while ago for her lower back. I tried hers for my shoulder (frozen shoulder which I had cortisone shot in about 3 months ago and it did not work) and it is so helpful. Excellent product!!

I purchased this TENS machine hoping for some relief from severe upper back and shoulder pain, and it has honestly exceeded my expectations. I have tried Tylenol and even massages, but nothing seemed to reach the spots that hurt the most. This machine has been a total game changer. I feel instant relief when I use it, and I am finally able to sleep better without needing to take Tylenol for pain. The battery life is impressive and lasts for many days even with multiple uses. I also really appreciate the extras that come with it, including extra sticky pads, a placement pad to store and keep the pads clean, and a nice carry bag. There are plenty of settings and modes, which makes it easy to find what feels just right for my needs. If you deal with stubborn muscle pain and have not found relief elsewhere, I highly recommend giving this TENS machine a try.

I just received my new Auvon 3-in-1 Tens Machine today. It Arrived promptly and Good Condition. Having Herniated the bottom disk on my back over 10 years ago, Tens is 1 of the only treatments relieves my Pain, improving my Mobility. The Auvon 3-in-1 Tens Machine is a huge improvement over the Dr. Ho's unit that I've used for the past 5 years. Roughly 1/3 the size of the Dr. Ho's Tens, its almost 1/3 the Price also. (A nice Surprise) Smaller Pads that do the same job as Dr. Ho's making the Affected Skin Area smaller too. The Adhesive is so good, it's difficult to reposition the Pads, so they should easily last 45 applications, or more. Programs are plentiful and the Interface is easy to use. No Batteries to replace, and I no longer get Jolted because the Dial moved when I brushed up against something. (Being Old & Feeble, I'm always leaning against something) The only thing missing (in My opinion) is a small mister bottle to Lubricate the Pads prior to application. Don't hesitate to give this product a try!
