Works great! Floats well with camera and did not rust from saltwater use. We did rinse it after use per instructions. The only gripe i did have is that while walking around with it hanging from wrist strap the tripod separates but not a big deal to just hold it. Easy to setup and use. Great value!

This is the second time I’ve bought this product, I gave it a second chance and it disappointed me fatally, even Rihanna wouldn’t have trusted Chris Brown like I trusted this “floating” mount. Let me clarify, this is like having a life jacket that would float and let you fall right out of it, it is about as trustworthy as a drink from Bill Cosby or a massage day on Epstein Island, I owned this for about a year the first time, used it a fair amount, I gave it the slightest of twists to secure my camera and the head of this snapped off like a French Monarch in the guillotine. Luckily - before I jumped off the boat, that was two years ago, I was a little spooked but I did not find an alternative floating tripod for the same money and decided it was maybe mishandling on my end and gave it another go, I bought it again earlier this year, took it on vacation this week, used it twice, however on the third time I adjusted the tilt on the camera (a mistake that would prove to be greater than putting a tornado full of hammers in a glass factory) the mount for the camera immediately snapped off after hitting the water from a 17 foot jump, luckily the mount floats even though it was never let go of and I got to save a now useless $30 something dollar piece of plastic, my $300 dollar GoPro however is now baptized and entombed in a watery grave on the Pacific side of Costa Rica. If you like throwing money in the toilet you should seriously consider wasting yours on this product instead. This is now sitting in the garbage but at least if it ends up in the ocean some day it will float and maybe cross paths with my camera again some day!

This product is light duty, the material is sturdy but not that sturdy that it could not be broken easily. The ease of use is excellent. Make sure that you realize that it's an extension as well and has three segments. You need to twist to unlock One direction, and twist to lock in the other direction. It is lightweight and quite buoyant so it is truly floatable. It's a good value for the money and the size is quite compact when it's all folded up. It perfectly fit a multitude of cameras that I have. I use it all the time instead of my regular tripod.

Works well.. It's a little large but works. I used it Hawaii.. I purposely dropped it in pretty heavy waves to hold my grandson (he was wearing a life jacket) it worked as advertised and with the orange accents was easy to locate.

Great quality and very versatile. Lightweight to carry around yet sturdy enough for the field. I love that it serves as a tripod as well. And it floats so I can take it on both my kayak and boat knowing my GoPro is safe in the water.

!!!READ THIS!!! I bought this and almost returned it for the atrocious pairing information as neither the product nor DJI had any good instructions on how to do so. But then, thanks to a review by a wonderful person in Germany, (yes, I clicked translate) said to Pair: HOLD DOWN THE QS AND THE RED SHUTTER BUTTON TOGETHER FOR 5-8 SECONDS then the selfie stick magically sync’d with my DJI and a pair request came up on the Camera screen. Thank you for the most. aluable piece of information about how to use this product!

Only worked once underwater. When it was working for the one trip during snorkeling it was great. When I was done, I followed the directions to rinse and soak it off with freshwater. After it dried, it no longer was able to charge and the charge light was flickering. The controls or charging connectors were compromised and no longer works. It still floats and telescopes upwards, but the main reason I bought it was for the ability to turn my go pro on and off and start and stop videos or snap photos. There are much cheaper options that don’t have the remote and do the same thing. I don’t trust the quality of this item and cannot recommend you taking it underwater. I’m going to return this item as defective.

Insta 360x4 :The item i used it and dropped while in water and it did not float. The stick is really thin im sure if its suppose to be used for an insta 360 weight

Compatable with DJI action 5 extends quite a lot and long enough for underwater. It floats well and is very visible with orange tip. The tripod at the base is really excellent very stable
