I have the same problem, only my hair is long. Truthfully, this brand hasn't helped my hair's condition (other than cleaning it) in the slightest. You may have better look.

I think it possibly might. I buy this for my granddaughter who has hair down to her bottom and it tends to be oily. This leaves it in a lovely condition.
