This is the 2nd DOOGEE cell I've had and both were / are awesome. I am very hard on cells & broken over a dozen in just a yr! My first DOOGEE I dropped in creek while fishing & didn't notice for several hours but when found it was STILL ON while being under water most of the day!!!! My 2nd, a Blade 10 Pro, I've had only a few months but is proven to be just as durable with an abundance of battery life and features. Love it! Seeing that I had finally found a cell that was built to withstand even me, my wife decided she was tired of paying $1000+ for cells that are far less durable, fewer features, not nearly enough storage and a battery that was lucky to last a full day (most days not so lucky) decided to get her first DOOGEE. She bought a S200 w/ 10100mAH battery. She has been blown away with the battery life, going days between charges. Storage over 250GB/ ram 12GB+ 20GB more if she wants. PLUS multiple (3 or 4) SIM slots for 2nd cell #, even MORE storage or both. Features, way too many to list but all are awesome and work great. The camera on both are better than the $1k cells we did have (won't mention brands but will say it was the top 2 brands out there. My cell even has a UNDERWATER CAMERA!!! The night vision camera on hers takes excellent photos as if darkness didn't exist. We plan to buy a DOOGEE Tablet soon, probably 2 so we both have a nice new tablet. Hope my review was helpful. If you decide to get a DOOGEE you won't be disappointed with the product only disappointed that you hadn't gotten one sooner.

It's been almost a month since I got this phone. I waited to make a fair review, and the only thing I can say about the Doogee Blade 10 Pro is that it’s one of the best phones I've ever had. Simply awesome!

The media could not be loaded. I got to enjoy my new phone exactly for 3 days. A couple days ago it turned itself off (being fully charged) and would not respond to any buttons. The screen was frozen and the message "Warning: No valid OS found" appeared on the top. The next day it responded to the power button but as you can see on the video, would not go past the logo. It would repeatedly restart but never fully turn on.Doogee completely ignored all my messages to them explaining the situation, apparently warranty only applies to the phones bought on their official website.I had too many chats with Amazon customer service representatives. I explained the situation to them and that I had thrown the phone box away thinking i was keeping the phone for good. However, the issue is that I reside in Armed forces pacific and the USPS prohibits sending anything with lithium batteries internationally. I can buy battery operated devices but I am not allowed to send them through FPO post office. Every representative I chatted with thought I was trying to keep the phone and get refunded. Why would I want to keep the phone that doesn't work??! I am willing to pay out of pocket to ship it through Japan Post but I need an okay to do that, so the package doesn't get lost and I don't get refunded. The customer service agent "escalated my issue" and told me somebody will get back to me within 48 hours and it didn't happen. I get "escalate" means "I don't know how to help you so I'll just drop you so somebody else deals with you".I have no problem sending it back with Japan Post, but I CANNOT ship it using the free return label I received due to the reason I explained above.I am very frustrated I got a factory defect, I transferred everything from my old phone into the new one.I am never buying from Doogee again, customer service and warranty is non-existent.

The Doogee phone is a rugged phone built for handling in tough environments and accidental drops. I needed a dedicated work phone that could handle long periods of time without a charge and potential drops or spills and still keep going. I've had this phone for a month now and so far it hasn't disappointed. Its a safe bet if you don't need a 5G speed device and can opt for 4G coverage instead. The storage capacity and expanded potential is useful if you need to store large amounts of photos, videos, or apps.

I am an avid outdoorsman, spending as much time as possible fishing, hunting, and backpacking the wilderness so I have pretty tough standards for my equipment! I had a brand new apple iPhone 13 mini that totally crapped out while backpacking Zion because it got wet in my pocket... It was supposed to be waterproof! SO I decided to stop paying ridiculous prices for junk and gave Doogee a chance... My Blade 10 Pro is the best phone I've had to date! It's definitely waterproof, to A point I'm sure, is tough enough to be dropped several times, the battery lasts forever, and the camera does a pretty damn good job for what it is ...I do wish the camera software was a little better and the camera was a little faster, but all in all it's a great phone! Perfect for streaming content or for braving the back country! I'll definitely be sticking with them!

This phone isn't too bad for the money, but there are a lot of drawbacks. It's very slow and clunky bc it doesn't have the processor power to run Android 14 which is what was loaded on it. Swiping to unlock the screen doesn't work unless you start at the bottom and swipe all the way to the top. I could not get this to work on my carrier and was only able to test drive it on wifi. Took 47 tries to sync my old android up and I am going to have to return it anyway. The camera doesn't let you zoom in with the 50mp lense so don't think you are going to get anything better than iPhone 4 quality pics out of this thing, underwater or otherwise. I would rather have paid an extra $100 for a better camera and 5g

Looked good but didn't work with cricket

This would’ve been a great bone. All its features are good. The size is perfect. It was unlocked because it was not compatible with our service cricket wireless. Price it was a great deal.
