Does this steamer leak water?

Rolipo uses a gravity-based system. It is leak-resistant only when used upright. To avoid leaks 1. Fill below the MAX line 2. Hold the steamer vertically at all times 3. Do not tilt, shake, or lay it flat while steaming

Is it lightweight for travel?

We believe in honest specs. Empty: 1.87 lbs｜Full: 2.76 lbs It is a full-sized handheld steamer, not a pocket toy. Heavier than mini steamers, but more stable and powerful—perfect for road trips and hotels.

Why didn’t it remove deep wrinkles instantly?

Thick fabrics like wool or heavy denim may require multiple passes. Rolipo delivers steady, high-temperature steam—results depend on fabric thickness.

The steam button feels loose. Is it broken?

During shipping, the button may shift slightly. Press it firmly a few times to restore normal function. If it remains non-functional, simply request a replacement via your Amazon order page.

What if I receive a defective unit?

Every unit is tested before shipment. If yours arrives damaged or defective, message us immediately—we’ll send a replacement without hassle.
