Great matcha if you’re on a budget!
I drink a tonne of matcha and was needing something more budget friendly that came in bigger packets. This is a very good matcha! Tastes nice, I usually make a hot matcha with oat or soy milk. It’s good for an iced matcha too.

Good Matcha, But Could Be BetterThis matcha has a nice, vibrant green color and a pleasant, slightly grassy aroma. The taste is good – smooth and not too bitter, with a hint of sweetness. It froths up nicely when whisked, making a decent latte.The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is that I've had slightly higher-quality matcha that had a more intense flavor and smoother texture. However, for the price, this is a great everyday matcha that I'd definitely buy again. Perfect for lattes or adding to smoothies!

I am not a culinary luddite (someone who blindly seeks out foods that are superfoods). On the other hand, I am adventuresome when it comes to food choices. But I can only compare myself to Sam I Am as it pertains to Heapwell Premium Japanese Matcha tea.I cannot drink Heapwell Premium Japanese Matcha tea in my house.I could not, would not, on a boat.I could not, will not drink it in the rain.Not in the dark! Not in a tree!Not in a car while I am driving you see.I tried but there were just too many culinary hurdles for me to overcome – the texture, the taste, and the color. One day I might say that I like my Matcha tea with green eggs and ham – but today is not that day.I will be as kind as Doctor Seuss today and give it four stars.

Just as good as “ceremonial”
I compared this to my ceremonial matcha that is 3x the price and this is just as good. I make matcha lattes every time anyway and never drink it straight, so ceremonial really isn’t necessary. It’s super similar in color too.
