Totally Worth It for Daily Vlogging & Reels!
I’ve been using the IZI IRIS Pocket 4K Camera for almost 1 weeks now and honestly I’m loving it. I mainly create Instagram reels and YouTube shorts, and this camera has made my videos look way more professional without carrying heavy equipment. First thing I noticed was how compact and premium it feels. It literally fits in my pocket, so I carry it everywhere now. The 4K video quality is super crisp and the colors look really natural. Even indoor clips come out clean. The biggest game changer is the 3-axis stabilization. I shoot while walking a lot, and the footage looks buttery smooth without shaky movements. Also, the front AMOLED screen makes self-recording so much easier. I was honestly surprised by the AI tracking feature too. It follows me properly while recording, which is perfect when I’m shooting alone. Battery backup is solid — easily lasted during my travel shoot sessions. Another plus is the 512GB memory card support, so no stress about storage while shooting 4K videos. Overall, this feels like the perfect creator camera for reels, travel, vlogging, and daily content. Defective product and poor customer service
I received my Iris Pocket Gimbal Camera yesterday. Unfortunately, the remote controller supplied with the product is defective, as its display is not working. I immediately reported the issue to your customer support team. I am extremely disappointed with the way this complaint has been handled. As a customer, I received a defective product, yet I am being asked to prove that it is defective by sending it to your technical service center. In addition, I have been asked to bear the courier charges for returning a product that arrived faulty. This is neither fair nor customer-friendly. When a customer receives a defective product, the responsibility for verification and replacement should rest with the seller or manufacturer, not the customer. Expecting customers to spend additional time and money to rectify a fault that is not of their making reflects very poor customer service.

VIDEO CLARITY OF 10K budget phone is better than this CAMERA
The video quality is bad. The video is like recorded from a 10K phone with a gimbal. Connected it to PC as PC CAM, the remote is not turning off now and stuck in PCCAM mode. Bad experience. Not at all value for money. Light weight and handy but still bad quality video. Disappointed. Received a faulty piece with SD card unable to insert. Overall bad experience. Rather add up some money and buy DJI OSMO Pocket 3.

Over heating problem must look after by company
Product is ok but there is a problem of over heating and for that camera automatically shutdown it become hot within 10 to 15 minutes of video recording that must be look after by company to solve this problem

Disappointed with Camera Quality and Connectivity Issues
Camera quality is not great I had high hopes for the IZI Iris Pocket Camera, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The camera quality is below average — videos are not as sharp or vibrant as advertised, especially in low light. The biggest letdown is the mobile connectivity. The app is unstable, pairing is inconsistent, and transferring footage is a hassle. For a camera marketed as a vlogging or travel companion, these are major drawbacks. I hope future updates can improve performance, but for now, it's not worth the price.
