I'm glad I found this. It's the 1st multi magnesium product that I've tried (and I've tried at least 15) that does the trick. No more muscle cramps, reduced heartburn and improved sleep. Remember to pair with potassium to increase absorbson.

Great product. Not side affects. I sleep so much better and body feels great throughout the day.

I'm not a shill, didn't get paid to write a review just to be clear. I have been having difficulty staying asleep and have tried all sorts of things to narrow the problems down as I can't get health insurance. Well it seems it was Magnesium deficiency. The problem with supplements is finding quality ones that work and this one works. It works fast too. I went from 2-4 hours of sleep and awake to 6-8 hours in only a few days. It has a downside, for me anyways. It does give you explosive diarrhea but for me it only lasts 2-4 toilet visits before it's done. Honestly I don't care it actually works so I'd rather have the toilet trauma than wasting money on products that don't work. If you don't have magnesium deficiency, chances are this won't do anything for you so just consider that what worked for me isn't going to work for everyone.

This magnesium supplement works great for me when I take one capsule before bed, I feel subtle but noticeable increased relaxation and improved sleep. I am 5'9 and 135 lb. I decided to up the dosage one night to help with passing stool and took the recommended dosage of 3 capsules around 9:30pm I drank 20oz of water as well. I woke up around 4 am with some digestive discomfort, but by 5:30 I was extremely nauseous and threw up, in addition to diarrhea. The label does warn about intestinal discomfort and suggests starting with a lower dose but as painful and intense as this reaction is I think there should be a little more clarity regarding dosage for body weight. I would expect some discomfort or maybe diarrhea with the full amount but as intense as the nausea and vomiting as well have been I am warning others use caution and do your own research when deciding how much of the supplement to take.
