I have taken the pills for over three weeks and I can say that I feel the difference. My energy and stability is good and I have less pain. Also during sleep I wake up fewer times to use the restroom. Great product for a 71 year old.

I don't notice any difference in my performance or stamina, whether I take these or not. Your milage may vary. No odd tastes or odors, so you might want to try them to see if they do anything for you. I'll likely finish out the container, but won't be reordering.
