When you are dealing with anything that is going to be zapping your muscles, it is a good idea to begin with pads that are very well protected and come in a nice arrangement. I believe that if you asked them gently, they would be willing to attach themselves to a wall. The good news is that those of us who like moving about during our sessions will be able to do this.
