Best brisket rub out there
This is the second bottle of Killer Hogs TX Brisket rub. The entire family goes crazy over the flavor. It provides great flavor, not overly salty, and makes a wonderful bark. It doesn’t add any heat level, so it’s great for everyone.

My goto for competition Central Texas Smoked BBQ - Also GREAT on egg sandwiches!
I do a lot of Central Texas style Smoked Brisket. 1000s of lbs a year. After trying 30 different types of rubs and spice blends, this is my goto. Applied heavily on a brisket like you see on Youtube, this is your Salt and Pepper seasoning but it also includes some of the "hidden" ingredients that big names and big restaurants don't want to share. Been trying and comparing with the top 10 BBQ resturants in Texas according to Texas Monthly and this is the best "off the shelf, ready to go" blend. BONUS TIP: Use this on your scrambled egg and cheese sandwiches on Dave's Killer Buns and you can thank me later! Good eats!

Good flavor, salt forward.
I needed a rub for a brisket and this is what I came across. I found it to have a great flavor but the brisket turned out a little salty for my taste. I went heavy with the application and if I were to use this rub again, I would cut the coverage in half. I may or may not use this rub again.
