So here I go again with another Pagani Design (hereafter referred to as PD) watch and short review. The first PD I bought was a tank, too much for me and reminiscent of some of the tank like Invictas. I like bigger watches but it was a bit too much. So I gave it to a friend who likes it.Now, I have a couple other mechanical PDs and both are outstanding for the money. Actually they would be outstanding for even more money. The darn things are keeping me from buying other watches.So for this latest acquisition, I guess it’s a homage of sorts to a Rolex Air King. I don’t know what the air thing is about because it doesn’t look like any pilot’s watches I’ve seen. But what I like about this particular watch is that it still has a tank like construction but more like a smaller tank. I have the one with a white dial and off white hands and round indices, but there appear to be many versions of the watch face. The machine work on both the watch body and bracelet is outstanding, I honestly don’t know how they do it for the price. This watch has, of course, a screw down back and crown and a sapphire crystal, and its stated water resistance is 200 meters. The clasp is very well done and even though I have another PD with the same clasp, I almost destroy it until I figure it out and then think, oh yea. It’s actually quite ingenious. All the aforementioned combined with its simplicity is what appeals to me. I have a PD Daytona type watch and its complexity is what also appeals to me. Go figure.So I would recommend this easily and buy it again if necessary. My only caveat is that the micro adjustment on the inside of the clasp is tricky and requires patience, skill, and good close range eyesight. On my Datona version I misstated in my review of that that I couldn’t do the micro adjustment and ended up replacing the bracelet with a Nato strap. No worries, it looks great and I can always put the bracelet back on now that I know how to adjust it.Ending statement: highly recommended!

Great watch. Great accuracy and great price !if you’re thinking about an Air-King but our on the fence of whether you want to justify the price, get this first. It will provide you the experience to see if you’ll like the Air-King before purchasing :). Or if you just want a really nice watch for the money- this is a no brainer. Version 2 with the crown guard :)

The face is nice and clear a good watch

This is my 5th Pagani Design watch. The first Air k... homage I received ran very erratic. It would run 7 seconds fast part of the day, then 15 seconds slow. This was unacceptable. I use two apps to check beat error, supposed lift and gain/loss. Neither app could even recognize beats per hour and showed a maxed out beat error. I returned it. I assume it was just an overlooked QC issue and ordered a replacement. I was disappointed when the replacement arrived. There was no protective film on any of the surfaces, which leads me to believe it was a return. I gave it a day to break in and checked the time. To my surprise, it was only 3 seconds fast in 24 hours. I used the timegrapher apps to check what they had to reveal. The movement showed a 2 second gain on one app and a 1.6 second gain on the other with a .2 ms beat error. This particular watch keeps perfect time if I leave the winding knob facing up when I'm not wearing it. It slows about 3 seconds/day with the knob up and gains approximately 3 seconds/day when the dial is up or when wearing it. I'm very impressed with this one and it looks great to boot.

I held my breath after ordering this watch. Great specs, seemed like great value, but ultimately made in China. The fit and finish of this little Air-King homage is top shelf. I now love checking the time! The watch is only a 40mm so if you have an 8" wrist like I do it might be a little small. This is my farm watch so I immediately chucked the factory bracelet. That being said the quality of the provided bracelet was good. If I lost this watch, I would immediately order a replacement. I tip my hat to Pagani on this one. I did not get a discount or a rebate card for this review. This watch is a fantastic value in my opinion.

The battery is already dead! The watch did not keep the time - I wonder if this could have been caused by the flat battery? I am not impressed.

Liked the initial quality. Watch ran within -+10 seconds a day. The band fit was good and comfortable, watch crystal was nice a clear. However, watch dial numbers must have been glued on for the #3 came off and began interfering with the second hand as it revolved around the dial, at times stopping the watch which made it unusable and more inaccurate. However, watch was replaced with a new one and it has peformed better than the first. The case is good stainless steel and the crystal is easy to keep clean and shiny. For the money, it's a watch that will be tough to beat because it has decent quality.

Lasted only 6 months! 4 months into crown got really hard to turn from hand sweat, won't come loose tried to get support for warrant nor Amazon or the seller stepped in, after that I've taked scuba driving to test to claimed 100mts jajaj

Explorer Air King!!!Trage die Uhr jetzt seit drei Tagen...einmal gestellt nach meinem Handy...bisher ist die Uhr von der Ganggenauigkeit immer noch in der gleichen Minute...also keine nennenswerte Abweichung.Das Gehäuse hat jetzt ein Crown Guard... Das gefällt mir besonders gut.Was die Wasserdichtigkeit von 200m angeht, kann ich nicht beurteilen...allerdings werde ich mich wohl auch keine 200m unter Wasser befinden.Fazit: für das Geld...eine super schöne Uhr
