1 out of 2 not working -- Seller seemed to be aware of this
I ordered two rope lights of 10m each. Arrived on time on 29 October 2024 before Diwali. One is working fine for the last two days. Very Bright. Plug and play is a plus point but the quality of the adapter connectors and plug could have been better but is okay for a deal at Rs599. However, one rope light was not working. Have asked for the replacement which I won't get before the Diwali day. (Hope to get it soon and expect the replacement to be working) Also, on minute detailed inspection and comparison between the packaging of the two, it appeared that the seller was fully aware of the faulty product and even then sent it deliberately. Not a good trade practice though for any seller. And if it is company's manufacturing fault then 50% defective product rate is too bad.
