I really do like this item, but it is only a cup full, which makes it quite pricey. I am going to shop around for a better deal.

I use a full jigger of this plus plain water to make yummy “soda” in my sodastream. Delicious and hopefully good for me.

This elderberry simple syrup is a versatile beverage mixer. I used it as part of a delicious, refreshing cocktail composed of alcohol free vermouth, topped up with sparkling water. For my teetotaling husband, I served it just like that, and it foamed up on top a little for an interesting head. For mine, I added a shot of vodka. My husband liked it so much, he wanted seconds right away. Mine was equally delicious, and I couldn't even taste the alcohol. The berry flavor is delightfully sweet. My only complaint is how small the bottle is for the price. No worries, it probably costs a lot to produce. Thumbs up for this syrup.
