Silent operation and reliable
The pump now comes with a cable and fused two pin plug.Very convenient to connect. We are using it as the pump for our garden fountain.Very happy with the product.

It's not maintanence free
Product works for 6 months without maintenance, then need to replace rotor assembly which cost 200+, customer service told need to oiling every 15days or month,, but this is big issue as u need to disconnect installation piping and then dismantle the pump and install it back which is tricky and time consuming. Not worth i u want hassle free experience

Good but underpowered pump.
it is slightly underpowered and doesn’t give flow upto 3.5 meter as mentioned. Work for 1 meter head fountain. Otherwise working well.

Good Pump initially then reviewed after a few months
I use it for water changes in my Aquarium and it's 100 times better than the two hundred rupees Chinese pumps you get in the market. The built quality is awesome. I have been using it for some time now. Water flow is good. It can lift up to 2 meters easily. My Aquarium is 1.5 meters in height including the table and it doesn't bother. Water flow reduces when u lift it up to 3 meters. Those of you who want it for waterfall should consider a tullu pump .5hp motor and not this.REVIEW on 22 Sept 2022 -- The Impeller is getting jammed and every time I have to open it and move it for it to start functioning plus it has started making so much of noise. Do not spend too much on this pump. My 2 cents.

Great
Product is great for small ponds and working as intended, only downside is the plug need to be manually assembled. I've had no issues doing it but someone who isn't comfortable with wiring electric wire might face issues.

Not working (before 1 Yr)
Not good quality , stop working after some months < 1 Year.DO NOT BUY , look for quality of another country make.unhappy & unsatisfied!!!

After few weeks, the pump stopped working.
I thought it’s a good quality, but unfortunately it’s not.I would like to return it.

Very weak pump
Very wimpy pump with very little strength. Using it to water balcony plants, but it only has the ability to push the water to about 4 or 5 pots. I tried elevating the water source and pump, but that makes little difference.

Power cord is not installed into the adapter
