The ink does not flow at all. Horrible pen
The ink doesnot flow at all and apparently scheffer provides no suport for an expensive pen as well. They will just tell you; its a refill issue. What is pen but refill. All pen issues are refill issues

Not smooth as I was expecting.
Somewhat okay. Giving 2 star as I find it not that smooth while writing. Sheaffer you can do better.

Incredible pen
Bought this to go with the fountain pen of the same series and color. I tend to prefer rollerballs for working since they have a wetter and bolder ink than ballpoints and tend not to skip as much, but are far more durable than fountain pens. Sheaffer in particular makes some of the best rollerballs I've ever used. It has more weight than my Monteverde Impressa and feels incredibly sturdy. The matte finish is beautiful and complimented well by the glossy accents. The ball itself rolls freely, making it a delight to write with, and the refills are readily available in a 6-pack right here on Amazon, though they cost a pretty penny. FYI, if you're looking for refills, these use the same standard size as "ceramic rollerballs" and the Moteverde I mentioned previously, but don't expect the writing experience or ink quality to be comparable across brands. Sheaffer is worth the extra cost in my opinion.
