The only reason I gave it 4 Stars is because the flavor is a little strong for me. Something you have to get used to. I drink a lot of tea. This one I have to force myself to drink. The health benefits are supposed to be terrific so it's worth it.

This is the best tea I have had and the taste is great I only put lemon in it to add to taste but you can use honey if you want. It will make you urinate more often which means it’s doing its job.
