Are they adults, or eggs?

As far as I'm aware they are adults but I've never been able to see them as they are smaller than spider mites

Hi yes on all spider mites! Most of them r green to brownish wiv brown/black spot on back near head. One needs an eye glass to c this. Apparently they turn red in winter months when they in outside greenhouse I ve read. Hope this has helped.

When you recieve this item do you have to use it straight away or can it be put away for months on end? Thanks

I can't remember what the date for use was, but since the parasites are live you will not be able to put it away for months. You need to have the red spider mite before using this but need to then order immediately to allow for delivery times, and use promptly to stay on top of the pests.
