Not worth it
Don't expect it to taste like Coca-Cola. It's probably closer to RC Cola. The other thing to know is that it takes a lot of syrup to get to the flavor of store-bought Cola. It makes its value poor, even if you like the flavor.

Do not use for SodaStream!
This may be OK if used to brew your soda, but forget it as a SodaStream flavor. There must be some chemical in this that gets consume in the brewing process. I tried everything to make it taste ok without success . It will end up in the trash, not worth returning. Beware!!

Chemical flavor--disappointing
I used 2 teaspoons to flavor a batch of ice cream. It tasted like a cola float. We loved it. The first batch I made, I didn't use enough and it was blah! I will buy again.

Taste is off
This cola extract does not remind me of cola. If anything it makes your drink or baked item taste like a flat soda. I do not recommend buying this.

Chemical taste
The extract has a strong chemical taste to it, doesn't taste as nuanced and fresh as Coca Cola. The coloring is too dark also- turns a drink a brown-black instead of a dark brown. Avoid it. I tried another flavor -Root Beer that was better.
