Missing parts in product

The item is not as what is described... What is shown in the product video has not come.... 1 out of the 8 connecting pipes is missing and the 2 transparent pipes for making the ring taller in height as shown in the video is missing . I saw these things after the return window was closed hence cannot return the item!

It can't hold the wait of the artificial flowers, the stand is not sturdy and slips from the base plate. Manufacturer should make its base plate strong in order to hold the weight of ring and flowers on it
