Bad quality material. The plates are not welded properly as they are rocking . When kept on the stand, plates having slop and batter won’t stay.

We have used other brands and needed a new one, so bought this. Used it first time and the noise was so high pitched throughout the cooking time. Even trying to open the cooker after the cooking was painful with the whole body getting hot and the lid not coming off easily. The idlis in the last tray was still uncooked even after all this.

Last time they sent faulty one and now the idli maker lid is stuck and I am not able to open it. I injured my hand trying to open it . I want to say to the manufacturers please make easy packaging so we can easily assemble it.

Truly disapointing & very bad exeoience. This product was being received with fully damaged. Upper cap of this idlimaker container was not open evin try to remove force fuly it was not open top cap competely jam with this idlimaker container.. Waste of money.& Product returns were not received from the Amazon side.

Material used is of very poor quality. The idly plates alignments are not correct. Seems like welded by someone who doesn’t even know how to balance. Since the balance is not correct the plates are holding very close to each other with a slop. Cannot hold batter properly.

Except for the lid , everything is perfect. Time and Gas saving item. Worth the price i would say since it's quite cheap compare to other items. But it's usefull so you can buy. Sturdiness not quite sure.
